Initial Consultation

Mandatory for all new clients, the initial consultation allows Adrian to get to know new clients, collect important information about the history and behaviour of the dog(s), assess fitness for services, and develop a training plan accordingly. Depending on the complexity and suitability of the client/case, specific training advice and homework may or may not be given in the initial consultation. The Initial Consultation is a one-hour in-person session. All in-person training services are subject to a mileage fee of $1.00 per kilometer.​

Private Training

Private training sessions are for clients who have completed the initial consultation and want one-on-one help with their dog. Training sessions are available in packages of four or ten. Available in-person or virtually. All in-person training services are subject to a mileage fee of $1.00 per kilometer for sessions that take place in or around the client’s home. All sessions are one hour in length.

 

Private training topics:

• Puppy skills training (socialization, potty training, handling, recall, handler mechanics, management, car safety, exercise and enrichment, breed-specific needs, and basic cues)

• Surviving adolescence (preventing unwanted behaviours, meeting exercise and mental stimulation needs, recall, polite greetings, advanced cues)

• Adult life skills (basic manners, cues, leash walking, polite greetings, dog/cat interactions, and getting through adjustment periods for newly adopted dogs)

• Big Feelings (management and training for dogs with reactivity, overexcitement, resource guarding, confidence issues, etc)

• Adventure skills (trail etiquette, recall, road trip and camping skills)

• Patio pup skills (settling, dog neutrality, city socialization, leash walking, and food avoidance/impulse control)​

Four Session Package: $660 + HST

Ten Session Package: $1,550 + HST
